| Derek Sims, Senior Vice President Marketing and Recruiting - Accountable Healthcare Staffing Derek is a senior executive with experience working with National Brands and Healthcare-focused staffing clients, and identifying and growing new and organic revenue opportunities. Derek specializes in leading integrated marketing and omnichannel marketing programs, developing brand strategies and execution, and connecting with target audiences, all with a keen focus on the analytics and results. Derek has proven experience within the Staffing Community, Retail and Healthcare organizations. Derek is currently the Senior Vice President of Marketing for Accountable Healthcare Staffing and have been with them for 8 years leading their Marketing and Recruitment Strategy. Combined, Derek has 25 years of Recruitment experience in designing, developing, and managing high-performance, high-growth organizations. Consultative workforce strategies expertise with recognizable global success within both Managed Service Programs and Recruitment Process Outsourcing. A broad range of strategic and tactical knowledge in service delivery, process engineering/business process improvement, training and change management, dynamic team building, relationship management, organizational development, and strategic planning. |
| Nick Palleria, Vice President of Client Relations - TotalMed Staffing Currently a member of the NATHO Welcome Committee, Nick Palleria joined TotalMed Staffing, Inc in January of 2010. He was appointed VP of Client Relations in January2020. Prior to that time, Mr. Palleria served in a variety of operational roles for TotalMed, including serving as Director of Business Operations for both the Travel Nursing and Allied Health Divisions, and overseeing Business Development Operations for TotalMed. Mr. Palleria brings nearly 15 years of insight in client relations, market analysis, and strategic sourcing to drive results for TotalMed and its partners. Mr. Palleria received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Financial Services and Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh, and resides in Appleton, WI with his wife and three children. |
| Ryan Anholt, Executive Vice President - Delta Healthcare Providers Anholt joined The Delta Companies (TDC) in January of 2002 as a permanent recruiter for Delta Physician Placement (DPP) and was Recruiter of the Year in 2004. After a successful career in recruiting he joined the leadership team in 2005 and was promoted to Executive Vice President of DPP in October of 2006 and served in that role for over two years. In February of 2009 he joined Delta Healthcare Providers (DHP) and was tasked with building the travel therapy recruiting team. Throughout his tenure with DHP, the team has exponentially grown the number of travelers on assignment. Anholt was named Executive Vice President of DHP in July of 2017. In 2019 he joined the NATHO board of directors and served has Vice President in 2021 and President in 2022 where he has overseen NATHO’s membership growth of 60%. Ryan lives in Grapevine, TX with his wife Kelly and their boys Colby and Caden who attend Grapevine Faith Christian School. |
