How would it impact you, your colleagues and your future?  An introduction to AMN Healthcare’s Diversity, Equality & Inclusion Philosophy and Programs.  AMN has built and executed a DEI plan that includes specific, data-driven actions to improve diversity and inclusion for the developments of its workforce, our workplace and our marketplace.  Additional programs include community service as well as standing together against racism and injustice in support of Black Lives Matter. Every organization will have its unique journey, we’re here to help you get started. 

Meet the Speakers

C:\Users\Jennifer.Winte\Pictures\JW Profile Picture.jpgJennifer Winters is AMN Healthcare’s Director, Human Resources Business Partner.  Jennifer supports AMN Healthcare’s Diversity initiatives in the Workforce and Workplace.  Jennifer received her Masters of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and has experience as a Global Human Resources Business Partner in Healthcare Manufacturing and Finance.  She believes innovation is only possible when many different view are included.  An inclusive environment that values all perspectives is a cornerstone for AMN Healthcare’s success. 


Maisam Ileiwi is AMN Healthcare’s Diversity Manager.  Maisam specializes in enterprise level diversity and inclusion leadership, as well as supplier diversity leadership, in order to drive socio-economic change that impacts patients and communities of varying needs. Prior to completing her Masters of Science in Healthcare Administration, she completed a rigorous cultural competency capstone project that aided JPS Health Network to achieve a $3.9 Million Dollar increase within the Supplier Diversity Program she built. Maisam was also instrumental in developing historically underutilized businesses on a community and national level in preparation for Tarrant County’s historically successful $800 Million bond program election in 2018. Maisam holds a corporate advisory board position for the U.S. Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce-S.W., as well as an advisory position for Vizient Inc’s Supplier Diversity Council.  Maisam believes that Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are key drivers for healthcare disparity mitigation and overall care for patients and communities.  

These two will walk attendees through trends, problems, and solutions when it comes to diversity in the travel healthcare industry.
