The Sales and Recruitment Leadership Committee brings together managers, leaders, and executives who oversee the Account Management, Sales, and Recruiter functions across our industry. These roles make up the majority of our internal teams and serve as the primary drivers of revenue, growth, and agency performance.

Our committee provides a collaborative, candid space to openly discuss the challenges, opportunities, and evolving expectations of these critical roles.
